张丹，董事长兼首席执行官，方恩医药发展公司
方恩医药发展公司是在科技部、卫生部、商务部、国家食品药品监督管理局及天津市的支持之下(“四部一市”项目)，以及在美国著名风险投资公司的支持之下建成的一个能够全方位提供临床新药开发服务的外包服务组织（CRO）。经过近一千万美元的投资，目前在北京、天津、上海、台北、汉城、香港及美国均建有其分支机构，提供临床I， II， III 期药物开发服务以及中心实验室和药物基因组学实验室服务。是我国运行规模最大的临床外包服务组织（CRO）。
在创建方恩医药发展公司之前，张丹在意大利Sigma-Tau 公司全面负责其北美市场的临床开发，药物安全性评价、项目管理及业务拓展等业务。Sigma-Tau 公司是意大利最大的制药公司，有2500多雇员。在此之前，张丹为Quintiles Transnational Corp.开创了大中国区市场，任其第一任大中国区董事长，并在1995-2000年期间任总公司副总裁兼执行委员会成员。Quintiles Transnational是世界上最大的药物研发外包服务公司，全球雇员超过两万五千人。
张丹为国内外许多知名企业做药物定价，医疗经济，药物开发策略，市场开发策略等方面的咨询工作。他的工业界客户包括礼来药业（Eli Lilly）, 普强药业（Pharmacia）, 美敦力医疗器械（Medtronic）, 辉瑞药业（Pfizer）, 和西格纳保险公司（CIGNA）等。他也为中国科技部，卫生部，北京市政府，清华大学，上海医科大学，中国医学科学院/协和医科大学、哈尔滨医科大学等做顾问或客座教授。他亲自参于了两个新药在美国的报批，十多个在美国上临床证书的报批。
张丹于1989年毕业于北京协和医科大学获医学博士学位，然后先后在哈佛大学，宾州大学沃顿商学院等世界一流院校进修医院管理，经济学及金融学等，获公卫硕士、医院管理硕士及在读金融学博士。张丹是中组部“千人计划”生物医药特聘专家,并任“千人计划”专家联谊会秘书长。
张丹曾任美国华人生物医药科技协会会长（Chinese Biopharmaceutical Association-USA）, 百华协会（Bayhelix）董事。曾任美中药协（Sino-American Pharmaceutical Association）执行董事。
