Dr. Ge Sun is a senior Research Hydrologist with the Forest Service of the US Department of Agriculture. He received his Ph.D in forest hydrology and watershed management from the University of Florida in 1995, and MS and BS in soil and water conservation from Beijing Forestry University in 1988 and 1985 respectively. He holds adjunct professorship in several universities in the US and China including North Carolina State University and Beijing Forestry University. He has active research programs in the US and China studying the regional impacts of global change on natural resources and the eco-environment.
